Overview

Getting started with NurseHQ takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through creating your account and setting up your profile.

Sign up options

You can create a NurseHQ account in two ways:

  1. Email signup - Create an account with your email address and a passkey
  2. Social login - Sign in instantly with Google or Microsoft

Creating your account

Option 1: Email signup

  1. Go to app.nursehq.com
  2. Click Get Started
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox for a verification link
  5. Click the link to verify your email
  6. Set up your passkey when prompted

Option 2: Social login

  1. Go to app.nursehq.com
  2. Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft
  3. Sign in with your existing account
  4. You’re done! No password needed.

Setting up your profile

After creating your account:

  1. Choose your role (Student or Educator)
  2. Add your institution (optional)
  3. Set your notification preferences
