Is there a free trial?: Yes! Our Free plan lets you try NurseHQ with no credit card required. You can practice solo and explore the platform before upgrading.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe.

What game modes are available?: NurseHQ offers Solo Practice, Multiplayer Quiz Battles, Triage Challenge, and AI Patient Conversations (coming soon). Each mode is designed to reinforce different nursing skills.
Can I play on my phone?: Yes! NurseHQ works on any device with a modern web browser. No app download required.
How does Voice AI work?: Voice AI lets you practice patient conversations with realistic AI patients in triage scenarios. It's available on Pro plans and above.
Can I create my own questions?: Educators can create custom question banks with our Question Bank Builder. Share them with your department or keep them private.

How do I change my email address?: Go to Settings > Account and click "Change email". You'll receive a verification link at your new email address.
How do I delete my account?: Contact support@nursehq.com to request account deletion. We'll process your request within 30 days per our privacy policy.
Can I have multiple accounts?: We recommend using a single account. If you need separate student and educator access, contact support for assistance.

Is my data secure?: Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. See our Security page for details.
What is a passkey?: A passkey is a modern, phishing-resistant alternative to passwords. It uses your device's biometrics (fingerprint, face) or PIN to verify your identity.
